- Non-exclusive worldwide right to use composition & master owner recording
- Receive pro rata share of royalty pool
- 3-year initial term of the agreement
- Bi-annual payout of accrued royalties
- Licensor retains exclusive ownership & control
Uploading Your Song(s)

Step 1
You suggest track(s) for the univoice team to review & approve.

Step 2
You provide contact details for each track’s Master and Publisher.

Step 3
We send Docusign agreements to Master Owner & Publisher contacts (who have the power to sign).

Step 4Within 14 days of signing, you provide:
- 1MP3 recording(s)
- 2Official Lyrics
- 3Album Artwork
- 4Translation, if available

Step 5
Within 2 weeks of receiving files, we will translate your lyrics and upload your song(s) into our song database.
